i always meet lots of fellow stoners at the head shop...if someone is looking at pieces or in the bong room, i sometimes go up to them (depending on how chill they look) and tell them that the piece they're looking at is sweet and ask how many pieces they have, etc etc. then i segway into "hey, you wanna match a bowl or something?" and typically, the answer is yes.

parties are good...just find a huge party and hopefully someone will be toking it up there. ask if they want to match a bowl or two

smoking by yourself can be fun too...more for yourself!!
