OK, Stinky, I have a specific question.

I would like to put my clones into 16oz beer cups full of my soil/perlite mixture instead of the rapid rooter bark plugs. Would that be acceptable and I would imagine I would want my soil/perlite mix to be moist but not wet before I start to stimulate rooting?

Any thoughts?
