Stand up, bend over and hyperventilate and breathe REALLy fast for 30 seconds then take one last BIG breath and hold it in.. then with the bottom of ur palms making ur fingers face left and right and ur palms touching at the bottom, push against ur neck on the sides where the windpipes are.. to see where they turn ur head to the right and ull feel one on the left... then vice versa, PUSH REALLLLLY HARD AND hold ur breath and youlll be high, Trust me if it doesnt work keep trying.. its better to som1 else push because its a better grip
