almost anything you do can be psychologically addictive.

sex. food. sleep. t.v. sex. anything.

anything in excess is bad for you.

but, i just like feeling good throughout the day so I smoke in small amounts all day. as long i keep working out and eating right, i'll be healthy:thumbsup:

besides, I don't need to be high. I'm perfectly fine wit not smoking at all for as long as it takes. I control my reality, not some herb
