i got a new stove to cook on.... this one has a working oven for the last few years beleive it or not i've cooked in nothing but a toaster oven and the top range (burners)...

o.0 may not seem significant to most, but i love to cook, and now my ability is no longer hampered or limited to what i can manage to fit in a small ass toaster oven....

i can't wait to make my first full sized roast that we've had in years.... (before now i was only able to make small ones... i had to fit vegetalbes, juice and roast all in one small pan (cassarole dish to be exact...) which isn't an easy task..

the only amazing thing i could make that i haven't been able to before is a fullsized roast.. and we don't got he money/foodstamps for it =/ or i'd gladly do so....

anyone who's ever ate my roast out of a toaster oven has said it was the best ever... just imagine what i can do with a fullsized oven o.0 (i know, cuz i've done it before, but no one other then my grandparents have really ever been around when iv'e had the chance to do so...)

dude... that sucks... not having a oven.... all we had was the broiler(the top heating unit) and i was able to prefect using just the broiler for everything from cakes to pizza, to anything else...

i make everything from scratch, i don't use mixes nor do i use beef broth...

my beef broth is water, worsteshire sauce and beef of course cooked in the liquid.... <.<
