Should the TV/Films forum be more prominent?

Hello everyone, I have a suggestion I would like to make and wondered what other people think.

I noticed that one of my posts regarding a TV show

was moved to the TV/Film sub forum yesterday. That's OK, to be honest I was looking for an appropriate place to put that thread anyway, but I couldn't find anywhere. I didn't notice there was a TV/Film forum hidden away in the hobby folder.

I just wondered if it anyone thinks it would be a good idea to make this forum more accessible since a lot of topics that are being discussed in many other sub-forums can often be started off/centered around something from the media. Since the internet is related to that I think TV/Films deserves its own folder, same as the music folder. I have seen a few topics in the general chat room related to films as well so there are a lot of people wanting to discuss things like this.

What do people think. I feel like my thread would be of interest to people on here for other reasons, and that they may not notice it as a result of the place it is in. There are a few other TV shows I am interested in discussing that have a great deal of relevance to various things.

I think it's fine how it is... this being a cannabis site rather than a media forum after all...

Yeah but supposing someone wants to discuss a TV show that is related to cannabis, or some of the issues surrounding it. It's just that my post was moved to a far corner of the site where its hardly getting noticed, whilst other more trivial topics are filling the general forum. It's not that I mind that, its just I'd like perhaps to make people aware, particularly my toking buddies in other countries, who may not have heard of this great series and might well find it inspiring.

Maybe the Music and TV/Films sections could be combined into the one "media" forum, no?

LOL You can get TV easily on the internet these days, I'm assuming most people on here have internet? I sort of think both TV and music are both common stoner hobbies on about the same level, and also TV sort of encompasses a broad range of interests that could be potential talking points. :stoned:

Anyway, split, merged, whatever everyone wants is good with me. I just thought I'd suggest it.
