hey everyone I really need some advive and i hope I make sense because im high on a brownie... but I want some SERIOUS advice, please...

I'm going to try and make this short i don't want to bore anyone with too many details,,, but basically i had a great shot at getting this girl a couple years ago and was a complete dumbass and fucked it up... we were kinda smoke buddies before she started to gain interst in me and I (regretfully) turned her down and shit was wierd between us for a while... then we started hanging out again, mostly with other people in social gathering, smoke circles and what not, but just as friends....

now 2 years later it's pretty much the same except we don't hang out alone anymore really, but we see eachother around and hug and say hi or whatever, a freindly greeting. But I can never stop thinking about her. I've tred to move on to other girls but it never goes anwhere and none seem to fit my style (she has been single the whole time, aswell)...she is perfect and it took me too damn long to realize it... we are both unique in our own sorta ADD way (which we both have and I can't describe), we share all the same interests (i.e. music, chronic, movies, whatever). These are her exact words( talking to me) "you and I are the same person, we share the same brain"


But she also sends me definate signals saying 'let's just be friends' when i try to get closer to her and this alwyas makes me feel real bad. I try not to dwell on the past, but I can not get over her (tried many times). Would anyone (hopefully ladies, but guys are welcome to respond too) PLEASE give me some advice on how I would go about getting with her, and how would I go about doing it???
