Ladies, how important is a man's physique?

I am in no way insecure about my face, as general consensus has it that it's very attractive....the problem is, I consider myself to be a tall, skinny pole.

I know that muscles are a big turn on for women....just wondering how important it is.

I dont know why this is so interesting to me probly because when guys meet eachother we just think "could I take him" or we think "hes big I gotta take him down before he hits me". but any way reb and all the other girsl what is chubby and what is fat? Reb says average about 5'9 230 is chubby is this true to most girls??? Cause if this is the case Im outta the gym and into the girl hangouts for this summer
