He happenend to be speeding 15mph over the speed limit and the cops rolled up behind us, we didnt know our rights.. He asked if we had marijuana in the car my friend said no.. the cop told us to get out of the car and they searched it, they found the case and i claimed it as being mine since they would have stuck my friend with it..he gave me a Misdemeanor for possession..(On the Rating: 5
