40oz Reviewed by 40oz on 05-15-2007. Charged and need advise I was chillng at a party at the beach and drank and smoked a little.. i decieded to bail n left with my friend. He happenend to be speeding 15mph over the speed limit and the cops rolled up behind us, we didnt know our rights.. He asked if we had marijuana in the car my friend said no.. the cop told us to get out of the car and they searched it, they found the case and i claimed it as being mine since they would have stuck my friend with it..he gave me a Misdemeanor for possession..(On the Rating: 5

And remember when you're stood in front of the judge and he's giving you a lecture, it's a certainty that underneath the bench he's wearing women's underwear and has a but plug vibrator inserted. If you look closely at his eyes you should be able to see all the evidence you need.

just if u guys were curious what happens in court.. in california.. The judge basically called me up, he gave me a 150$ fine and i have to attend extended education for alcohol and drug awareness classes (10 STRAIGHT hour classes)which cost another 40$ to enroll in.. I also have to attend 3 narcotics anonymous meetings.. And i have to bring proof of completion for the program and meeting to my last court date and it will be dismissed.. :dance:
