most of everything mentioned here should be common sense. i've smoked in public many many times and have never been caught. you would have to be really lazy or just plain dumb. every time i hear about someone getting caught it's always for a stupid reason. latest one: some kid was getting ready to pack a bowl and while getting the rest of his stuff out, where did he set his pipe down? right on top of his dashboard. and who was parked a few spaces away? a cop.

Dude, I got a "brick" or "kilo" of incense for 35 bucks, and it lasted me over a year, of burning multiple incense nearly everyday. Gee, come to think of it, all that crappy smelly smoke is probably not too good for me ha!

When i was in laughlin in the casinos we would just put wet towels under the doors and that would keep the smell in the room seemed to work cuz we had like 20 people token... we had two rooms connected too.

Alright I'm going to add a couple of driving while smoking tips here...

1) Put all of your stuff into a soda/drink stash can and put it in your cup holder. It may not have a ton of room but you shouldn't be driving with much anyway. I have an Arizona Iced Tea one and it rocks. I think most cops wouldn't even suspect anything as long as you played it cool. You can pick these up in most head shops.

2) When smoking out your car leave the windows cracked, not wide open but cracked. Smoke won't build up in the car and be visible to others, and it will still air out without letting others know what your up to.

3) Wear seat-belts it will give a cop one less reason for pulling you over and keep you safe.

4) The safest/most stealth piece to smoke with is a cig hitter. Looks like a normal cig to other drivers. Of course you can just duck down a bit when smoking bowls etc.

5) Don't speed I mean you can do a bit over but nothing to much or the police might pull you over.

6) Only carry what you need. If for some reason you do get caught, hey it happens, you won't get as serious as a charge. Only bring what you really need.
