Ok, I'm gonna open up the vault here. This is what I do, when my mouth is on it I just circle/dart my tongue around the head, especially around the rim. You can have your mouth as far down as you want as long as you can still move you're tongue around. I read this somehwere in Cosmo, and Cosmo is the bible as far as I'm concerned. When I use my hand, I always have my mouth/tongue on the "boys" cuz you can't ignore them.
