20minutes is a reasonable length of time, but its a guy cant even watch a whole tv show during that time!

i find when im high its easier to go up and easier to go down

its easier to come if im really really interested and focused,
but if im buzzing out a lot then itll take a lot longer..


but its more fun either way..
