With only 1ft 8" width youll have a problem when it comes to flowering.I think your best option is an envirolite (which is basically a big cfl used for growing).Get a blue spectrum one for veg growing and red spectrum one for flowering.I used to use them years ago and had very good results,They give off very little heat,most head shops have them and ebay is full of them.

I have a general knowledge on growing and also read High Times, Weed World, and Red Eye magazines. I have the Indoor Bible by Jorge Cervantes and have read alot on growing and would like to put it in to practice. I have done a small grow before but had to stop due to moveing house.
