Taking creatine is probably not the smartest thing to do. Just do what I do and always carry a bottle of water. That way when someone questions you about you creatinine levels and why they're so low, you point to the bottle and say "I drink lots of water dumbass." The worst thing you can do is boost your creatinine levels above normal...someone might think you have kidney problems and make you go back for more tests....and you don't want that. Anyway, my guess is that most home kits won't test for creatinine levels.

And just a pointer for anyone who takes drug tests outside of family.... if you're asked why you have low creatinine levels, just tell them you're a vegetarian. Tell them you've been informed by previous testing facilities that the lack of meat and protein in your diet is probably causing it. It'll work, trust me.
