yeah I would resort to freezing, but when I get tested I get bombarded when I walk in the door, and have to go strait to the bathroom..fucking nazis...so I dont have time to warm frozen piss and for bleach I dont know because the smell is pretty noticably for the one drop per 10 cc when its a 60 cc test..GAAUYYAUAH.

drink lots lots and lots of water, eat a few vitamin B tablets to keep the piss yellow, and drink a few creatine shakes so the test will show that its a valid sample. if you drank enough water, it should dilute your piss down far enough to show negative. if you had enough vitamine b and creatine, it'll make it look like it wasn't diluted in the test.

Taking creatine is probably not the smartest thing to do. Just do what I do and always carry a bottle of water. That way when someone questions you about you creatinine levels and why they're so low, you point to the bottle and say "I drink lots of water dumbass." The worst thing you can do is boost your creatinine levels above normal...someone might think you have kidney problems and make you go back for more tests....and you don't want that. Anyway, my guess is that most home kits won't test for creatinine levels.

And just a pointer for anyone who takes drug tests outside of family.... if you're asked why you have low creatinine levels, just tell them you're a vegetarian. Tell them you've been informed by previous testing facilities that the lack of meat and protein in your diet is probably causing it. It'll work, trust me.
