Who cares. That's how some people are and they aren't going away.

You know what annoys me though, is when you and the person in front of you waits in line for like 10 minutes, and when they get to pay, they still count out their change and hold shit up. You had 10 minutes man!

Maybe it's just me, but when I'm shopping, I figure out the approx. cost in my head and have the money ready. Pet peeves, little things.
