First Grow IM GONNA BE A DADDY

Whats up everybody. Im new to the growin scene and i wsnt supposed to get started for bout a month when i completed my monster growin cabinet but i could not wait anymore. THE POWER IS TO GREAT LADDIE I JUST CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE. So i took a bunch of notes and im gonna start a lil baby off in a lil pot in the back of a closet in a make shift box. Ive took TONS of notes and id like to thank all of the ppl who have helped me along the way.
I just put the seeds in the paper towel to germ and am waiting to see if anything happens. When i bought a 1/4 oz on fri i noticed there were a few seeds so i thought what the hall lets do it. i will keep yall posted on whats goin on and if yall have any tips and tricks yall want to send my way the feel free to chime in. im al ears. i always say bag seed is the best starter seeds.

for one we all fuck things up somewhere i did and so will you but my mistakes were very small and didnt effect things to much cause i did much like you and read and researched everything.

the best threads to read are peoples plant problems, that way you can tell exactly whats is wrong (hey i remember see that problem in this guys thread)
you can fix it right then.

yeah i did a lot of reseach. i wnt to get a good crop the first time so i cn perfect it on the next few crops. right now there still germin (hopefully my girlfriend dsnt see them sitting on the window). ill check them again when i get home from wrk.

but yeah bout my cab. i plan on havin it take up almost a hole wall so tht way it can get 3 outlets and a window for exhaust. i drew a crewd picture of it but u get the idea. ill post later with specifics. L8R

Sometime within the last 5-6 weeks, someone posted a really nice grow on this board using a space very similar to yours - probably a somewhat larger space, but real close to yours. If I knew the thread, I'd post a link.

In this setup there was a drainage system in a raised floor (You only need to raise the floor a few inches to accomodate the plumbing). There was an active air intake - yours, as drawn, would probably suffice - the plants were placed along the three walls - a 12" round fan was laid/secured on the floor pointing up - a single HPS buld was hung vertically from the ceiling in only a socket - the floor fan blew up around the light and there was a good exhaust fan in the roof.

When the grow was finished, the whole inside of the box, except for the opening in the front and an area about 18" diameter around the light, was full of buds.

I'd imagine a cool tube up the middle would probably work even better.
