I don't think I've ever believed in god

First off, sorry I'm posting so much it's just that I have nothing to do.

I just figured out something that really depresses me. I don't think I've ever believed in god. I try to think back to when my parents took me to church but all I can remember is a butt-fucking boring place where you could rent lame bible videos. And I try to think back on what I thought of Jesus and his father but I go blank. I remember being terrified of hell and thinking they copied Pinocchio by having a dude live in a whale. But for some reason we stopped going and I seemed ambivalent. I'm athiest now although I'm considering Buddhism but for some reason the thought of an athiest child really brings me down. Not to offend anyone but the idea of god and angels and shit seems like some whimsical thing that most children get into. And I had a happy childhood but I was too much of a daydreamer to ever get into religion. Were any of you guys like me?

I used to be very athiest, I used to wear a huge upsidedown cross rapped in a chain to freak religeous people out...until God smacked me around. Uh..why is your name the day that the planets are going to be alligned with God?..that really doesnt make sence seeing as your athiest.

how can the planets be aligned with something that isn't even there (by that i simply mean even if you do believe, he's not out there in outer space..)

Everything spiritual is very complicated..but the "God source" or "Central Sun" as angels call it will be aligned with earth on that day. It will put in motion massive enlightenment/acesion and I believe will cause massive natural disasters which will destroy areas where there are no acended people, God is basically going to kill all that do not follow him. And christians/catholics do not follow him, they just like to pretend they do, they will be killed too. This alignment will last for 30 years until every person not walking with God is dead, or insane.

oh and the univerce is multi-dimencional, like the sun is a gateway to a diff dimension that spirits may use..so the alignment may not acctually be like how we think it will be..just think of it like this. Earth is living in darkness right now, god is going to turn on the light, this is a good time to be alive because this was the whole point of even creating earth..to create a peacefull planet a free choice. and it will happen within our lifetimes.

i'm sure that at some point you had a casual belief in god, but without heavy indoctrination no child attains anything close to the fervor of an adult believer. like santa claus and the easter bunny, jesus is a fun little fantasy that we all toyed with as a child. only as an adult can you appreciate the depth of the fear that the entire mythology is based on, only when death becomes real to you do seek a way to cheat the inevitable.

Yes, everyone intuitively wants to believe in god..because it is a wonderful truth waiting to be discovered that you already know about..u just consiously constantly run from it.

....santa claus, the easter bunny, unicorns, and elves. fantasy is preferable to the dirty little truths of this work-a-day world, but this is what we call reality. no amount of prayer or meditation will change the fact that life is not a fairy tale where everyone lives happily ever after (or where the true believers are rewarded with eternal bliss). no matter how much you may try to complicate matters with grand schemes of spiritual alignment and heavenly pyramid scams, life will remain a very simple equation.

you live, you experience the pleasures and pains of life, and then you die. why can't that be enough?

Well I talked to my parents about it. They said they couldn't tell if I believed or not. My dad said I probably believed in god subconsciously which I think I agree with.

And I got my name just out of fascination with the Mayan civilization. Their entire religion was based around the most complex calendar the world has ever known and it all ends on Dec. 21 2012. That's also when Terence Mckenna predicted that the historical endpoint would occur in his novelty theory. I also heard somewhere that some Tibetan Buddhists believe this day will usher in a new age of peace. I didn't know anything about planets aligning with god. Although I'll add that one to the list.

delusions..the thing is you do not have to die..the reason for being human is to become in-human, u will continue to be re-incarnated as a human until mastery is obtained and at that point you may choose to live for as long as you like, you become immortal. Then when you do choose to die, you dont have to come back.
