I went from smoking EVERY DAY for 2 years to not smoking for a month- first joint in 31 days, and it was easy as pie- the first 3 days were not without some sort of desire, but I got over it quickly.

I usually only smoke on weekends now, and don't have a problem going without it on weekdays. I've smoked for long periods of time and then suddenly quit, and I've never had withdrawal symptoms. Yeah, I missed being high for a while, because it's fun. But I've never had shakes, headaches, crawly feelings or even irritability when quitting smoking after a long time.

well I have a huge mental addiction to weed. The worst that happens when I dont smoke is I am a lil irratable for a few days... nothing much tho... mostly because I really really love cannabis tho and if I dont have any for awhile it can become frustrating... but yea i can go many months no smoking if i really wanted to ( i have gone many months with out smoking with no problems before in the past)... but nah I dont see that happenning haha
