i wish i could find faith in somthing but i find it rather hard to beleive in somthing that could exist but just as easily could not exist???

I think back in the dark ages people needed something to look up to and someone to pray to, for others some1 to blame these bad things on. I think man invented god and not the other way around. All of my family believes in god but they also believe that their son is able to make his own judgements and i tell them i dont believe in god. My dad thinks i eventually will see that there is a god or greater power in Rating: 5

I believe in God, there is so much that we can't explain...

Think about this... the Earth is so perfect for life, the right temperatures, water, Jupiter protects us from comets and meteor which would otherwise destroy the Earth, our atmosphere protects us from meteors, our magnetic field protects us from solar wind... that's a lot of really good luck.

You can't use stuff like Noah's ark to disprove God's existence... firstly humans wrote that, not God, secondly, just about the whole Old Testament is metaphorical.

Think about how complex and perfect DNA and life is... how can a lump of matter actually think simply using chemical reactions and electricity?

Lastly, just think of this... YOU are alive, of all the possible people who could be alive right now, it's YOU.

Us for one thing. Every piece of matter was compacted in the size of a suit case then exploded So PERFECT that it created everything that is kown today (Big Bang Theory) Please. I believe in God I believe he made us to live a life we chose and all the choices we make in life affects others and have consequences in this life or the next. I have had a few chance encounters with Faith and thats why I believe in God. I do not attend church or even read a bible, but I do think there needs to be a middle man in faith. Thats just my two cents

i dont believe in god i belive in fact i believe in the theory of evolution i dont have any faith and i dont really care or need any. i really dont like religious people trying to force god upon me, i dont care what the hell they believe in but dont come up to me and tell me that im going to hell coz i dont believe in something that hasnt been proven. i do like having arguements with religious people though even though it never accomplishes anything. they'l be like how do you not believe in god how did we get here and then i just say well how did god get here and we go over and over and im never going to change my mind whatever you say. i dont fear death and no1 can say what happens after death i dont believe in heavon or hell i think it would be cool to be re-incarnated. religion to me seems so organised i really dont like how people think they are holier than thou becasue they go to church on sunday while the rest of the week they get drunk and get in fights. if theres only 1 god then why are there so many religions claiming the same thing? well sorry im rambling on and probably offending people which i dont want to do. sorry if i did.
