42w's used to be relatively available; but now i only find 26w at walmart; but if you go to walmart, get yourself $6 utility clip fixtures and get a deal on a pack of 26w'ers (100-equiv.) you should be doing pretty well

"cool white" is best for veg; "warm" for flower, you may only be ablle t o get "soft"; "soft" is WARM-ish and not best for veg, some folks avoid it completetly, not sure why, puts out standard lumens, and are usually cheapest by far
onequickmove Reviewed by onequickmove on . Which CFL for decent hight/width box I have a 4'h x 4'w x 20" deep box that I am using for closet... I bought a 6 bulb 36" wall fixture that I plan to put CFL's in.. I was planning on buying 6 42 watt 2700 lumen deals from walmart.. but I keep reading more and more and people say stuff about different light spectrums and what not. So I was thinking, I could buy some 30 watt daylight to swap in there, or maybe even add another 2-3 bulb fixture lower to cover the foilage and mix the daylight with the 42 watt bulbs. any Rating: 5
