Yeah. Driving at normal speeds with no arms seems like it'd be impossible. The fact that this guy can maneuver a car during a high speed chase is just fuggin' insane.

that's hilarious...those cops must suck ass at driving...props to that guy, he's probably as good as most normal drivers considering he was traveling at such a high rate of speed...amazing.
