Very Scared!! Help!!!
Ok, so I transplanted about 6-7 of my plants today from there pots into the ground. Mixed in a good store bought soil with some of the natural soil there, (clay type).. and also through in some perlite for better drainage...
I got them all done and they looked a little droopy. I heard watering them a little will make them feel a little more at home so I did, not much though.
I just went back about 2 hours later and there all on there sides and look almost dead!!!Now, the sun isn't out today cause its cloudy and looks like its about to rain. So I'm hoping tomorrow the sun will rise em back up.
And if there ok, and I'm just freakin out, I have one more question... I just looked at the forecast and its supposed to have severe storms tonight. Are my babies going to be alright?reality0 Reviewed by reality0 on . Very Scared!! Help!!! Ok, so I transplanted about 6-7 of my plants today from there pots into the ground. Severe storms tonight....like heavy rain sort of thing? And they're already drooping severely? I hate to say this but none of that sounds good at all. Did the water help them in any way?

Well something else is going on tho....a simple transplant should not send your plants on their sides like that. You added soil, perlite etc,,,can you think of anything else that you added.......that's pretty drastic for them to drop like that.

Why did you Mix in Clay in with your growing soil?
I load in a lot of perlite myself. like 35%-40% by volume.
