I use that metal bit as a bowl, and it has an old piece screen it in. It fits on both bongs. ***story*** Well as you can tell the medicine bottle bong has two metal pieces coming from the top (one for the bowl, the other to put your mouth there). Well the other night i was so messed up i had just reloaded the bowl and put it back on, but my bong didnt make sense because it wasnt working right. I spent like Rating: 5
