Don't know what it'll do, Matt, because everyone's different. But if you're taking the Xanax for anxiety, cannabis sometimes does aggravate anxiety or provoke it. You already know that, but just be aware that that might jump up and bite you and defeat the purpose of the medicine. As far as other interactions, a .5 dosage is fairly minimal. An interaction would be a lot more dangerous with alcohol. Don't drink with it. But I'm guessing if it's like similar anti-anxiety medicines, you might simply be apt to get drowsy. I don't think it's very likely to incapacitate you unless you weigh like 95 pounds and are a slow metabolizer of medicines. Like I said, a .5 dosage is a very small one.
