You know, I left the country when Reagan got in; I went to France. And when George Bush Jr. got in, my instincts told me it was time to go - I\'d felt that we had grown above that, you know?

They put on a decent show, but after seeing them live a couple times I don't really listen to them any more. There are better jam bands out there, MMW for example. They put on an AMAZING show.

Probably one of my favorite bands to be honest. Lol, and first off, MMW and pGroove play a pretty different style, and it's all subjective anyways as to who's "better" than whom. Brock's technical ability is definitely jaw-dropping, personally..
I've seen them twice the past year or so, which isn't nearly enough. But it's hard to catch a lot of shows when they mainly stay in the south with random trips westward.
As for the show experience, I have to agree, it's something else. Huffer's insane light show PLUS the music is simply overwhelming. Wakarusa's late night set last year was probably one of the most mind-bending concert experiences I've had..:stoned:
Who's got a favorite song? If I HAD to pick, it'd be Mr. Transistor. I also show deep love for Teakwood, Playground, and Speed Queen. ~
