As some of you may know, the is a certain place in Temple Bar who sells weed.It used to be that he was dependable , not cheap but the stuff was always okay. However , the curse of greed has struck even him.So, if any of you know who im talking aout, then stay away. I complained to him, and he said the usual shit, its ok, its from the Dam.Theres nothing wrong with it.I didnt bother arguing with him.Also, the old chesnut " you're the only one whos's complained." LOD, thats not the way to look at it ... Just like does it matter a feck weither you voted or not ... with your mentality it didn't matter at all cause your just one vote... but together it does make a difference.

Anyone on this forum that was on the march has a right to say that its terrible the way the law is in ireland and that it should change... anyone like myself that did not go to the march should be quiet on the subject because there might not be a chance that they listen to 400-800 people marching but posting stuff on a cannabis board is like shouting into space. There is a 1% chance that the march makes a difference but theres 0.000000000000000000000001% chance that posting on a forum and not marching will make a difference.

I feel so bad for not marching because just like in canada it is the power of the people that will get reform, if the next march gets 1,200 people and then the next after that get 2,000 and it keeps growing then that is when someone will see that there might be enough voters marching to get them elected if they go for pro cannabis. Also marching and showing dublin people a couple of thousand people marching for cannabis will encourage them to show there support and get them talking about how stupid the law is on cannabis.

Even the amount of networking that would have happened at the march, sharing info etc. I'd say there is easily another 50-100grows in Ireland after that march

So hats off to everyone who marched and of course organised it because you actually tried to make a difference and I will definitely be in the next march.

LOD I think you contribute to this site alot and I like to see any response from the main 5-6 posters on this forum but as for that little rant above I think you need to chill out. The word networking was used so that it was not seen as "do you have any smoke to sell" I dont think dealing is the way to further the fight against the nanny nation.

I used that word cause I think if 20-30 people from that march made enough contacts/friends or talked to enough people that made them have the knowledge to grow then that march has made a massive difference already. Knowledge is power I know it sounds hippies and I'm far from a hippy but knowledge really is power.

And i think everyone of them 400 that marched should be given a pat on the back and I think pesimistic "we cant make a difference" people who post on online forums are not pro-cannabis supporters there just recreational smokers and nothing else. No one with the "powers to change your life" will be listening to these forums, you seriously might away just scream into your pillow.

Even though it was only 400 marchers they still got more notice from the "people with the power" then your 492 posts ever have or ever will.
