Attic is right...but besides from that point,make sure you oxygenate you soil so your roots can recieve fresh h20,if not the youngins will get root rot and quickly die,also your soil looked extremely overwatered and moist,which will slow growth,deprive oxygen and slowly kill your babies.....a rule of thumb is a slight watering around the base of the stem when the top layer of soil is about dry or dry.....your roots can't grow and penetrate the soil if constantly moist....good luck.

I have just started my 2nd growing and i seems to be facing some same problems like last time. As soon as the 3rd set of leaves pop out...the 2nd set seems to grow yellow then eventually dried out. I thought i watered too much last time and this time i have been really careful. But it turn out to be the same..well almost.
