To be brutally honest, most "cannabis specialists" are in it for the $. They don't give a fart whether you have a medical problem or not- they will give the recommendation for darn near anything (or nothing). A few of them still have ethics, though. But if you have even a minor problem, you'll get the recommendation. If you have REAL problems, it's just a matter of bringing in your records and paying the nice doctor!
