but bein an old country boy we used blood meal to keep dear and rabbits out of the garden. we also pissed all around the garden. marks the teritory. also a rule of thumb i always went by was never use manure from a meat eating animal, people are meat eating animals.

Results? And as far as application, should it be dilluted and applied during a regular watering?
