Menstrual Blood as fertilizer?
I'm gonna assume yer referring to phytoestrogens, which are substances that have estrogenic effects in mammals- not in plants. The meaning of estrogenic, in this context, is that these substances have effects similar to that of the estrogens in the regulation of cholesteral level and post-menopausal bone density. There is no phytoestrogenic effect upon mammal reproduction.

No, flavinoids are primarily found as pigments and as components of a plant's immune system. They are not hormones. They have no signifigant effect on growth rate or pheno. Flavinoid levels are regulated by plant metabolism, not vice versa.
