Anyway to avoid that "burnt-out" feeling?
I find the best way to beat the grogginess is to get up and go get something to eat. Spend some time away from the pipe, get some food into you and you will feel much better.
Bad cops, bad cops,
Bad cops, bad cops.
Bad cops, bad cops,
Bad cops, bad cops.
Springfield cops are on the take,
But what do you expect for the money we make?
Whether in a car or on a horse,
We don\'t mind using excessive force!
Bad cops, bad cops,
Bad cops, bad cops..

That is what you would think, wouldn't you? I thought the exact same thing myself until I went and tried it. It most certaintly doesn't destroy the THC, and I feel it makes it more potent, less harsh, and makes you less sleepy as well. 15 seconds in the microwave, or 5 minutes at 325 with a little tinfoil tent in the oven, or even boiling it as thc is not water soluable.

Energy Drinks or Coffee, but only one per day or you'll build up a tolerance quick.

I was expecting the replies to the first question to be more natural and healthy ways.

Sure, drinking coffee, beer, and of course everyones favorite, the wake and bake, are ways to get rid of that feeling, but these solutions come with other symptoms that you don't want.
I've found that this tired feeling, "stoneover", if you will, happens mostly to people who are occasional smokers(a 2-3 times a week). Now sometimes when you wake up from smoking the night before, at first, you'll feel fine, you're not high, but you don't have a stoneover either. This is because there's THC still in your blood, a small amount, but enough to make it so you don't have the stonever symptoms. In another hour or so, however, sometimes you may find yourself feeling tired, and getting those symptoms.
Also, the amount of sleep you get determines the severity of your stoneover a good deal. Of course, it's possible to sleep through the stoneover, wake up before it, and wake up during it.
So what to do to get rid of this feeling?(without creating later problems) Usually I'll take a shower, get some food in me, drink plenty of water, and some green tea. Another thing I've found that helps for the next day stoneover, is to drink a lot of water while smoking.
It's weird though, before tuesday, I had gone a month and a half without smoking(drug test for job). So come tuesday night, I smoke a pretty good amount, wake up the next day with a stoneover, smoke that night a lot, wake up with a stoneover, smoke that night a lot, and I wake up this morning completely fine. All the same bud. I think this goes with what I said before about if you smoke often enough, you don't ever really get the stoneover feeling.
Ok, I'm done!
peace.
