Anyway to avoid that "burnt-out" feeling?

I find that different strains do different things as far as the lethargic end of it goes. Strains like White Widow and Swazi x Skunk will anihalate you, while strains such as super skunk and Durban Poison don't quite have the same effect.

The reason you feel groggy is because smoking herb causes a temporary increase in seratonin, and high levels of seratonin expand blood vessels, and when these vessels constrict again it is painful, and can cause a drained feeling. The same thing happens with migraines without aura, and sleep is the answer, go catch a quick nap when you feel like crap.

check out the thread in experiences named "how to increase the potency of MJ".

I tried it, and i have to say its DEFINITELY clearer and stronger. Micro a bowls worth for 15 seconds or stick it in the oven @ 325 Fahrenheit in a tinfoil tent for 4-5 minutes (the oven method will start to smell when you come on the 4 min mark). Take this suggestion or leave it, but i am definitely going to do this again, and im sure so will the others who have tried it.

Read the topic, you will see.
