I probably wouldn't do that. I wouldn't start the thread off by saying weed got me expelled either. Look I'm not defending him, but I don't think it's cool to harass him either. He got the short end of the stick for something many people do and that sucks. End of story.

The only reason people get so annoyed with it here is because there are several threads a week about people complaining about this same thing.

I understand where your coming from. As long as you understand the risk and know what may happen. We all just get annoyed at people complaining about it here... It tends to happen a lot.

Ok now I see where you guys are coming from. I agree that there's too much "my life sucks, feel sorry for me" shit on this board, but people should just ignore it if they think it's stupid. O and if I get expelled for that I probably would've had it coming for something else. I guess that's karma.

I remember people used to forget to take their shotguns out the truck after hunting sometimes. I don't think any of them were found though or anything.

But it is not the end of the world! Get your GED, go to a community college and get your AA degree! Employers will respect a good GPA from college rather than your "youthful indiscretion" that got you kicked out in the first place. My son has a GED, was home-schooled for grades 10-12, went to the local community college for 2 years and now is the computer tech at a local school.

Private schools WILL take you- if you have the buck$. Or should I say, if your parents have the $. (You should hear about the behavior of some of the kids at our local private school! As a tutor/teacher's aide- I hear it all!) Unless you're upper middle-class or better, I think the GED route is a better way to go. You will be done with the high school scene, and in college before your peers. (they may even think you're some sort of "brain", going to college so early-lol)

What you do with this disaster/opportunity, is up to you! You can just waste the rest of your life just getting stoned, going from one "McJob" to another, or you can make something special of yourself (and still get stoned:jointsmile: ). It's all up to you!- Granny:hippy:

Storm Crow speaks the truth here. Private schools will accept you if you can afford it. I go to a private school and kids have been caught smoking weed at school and have not gotten expelled but only suspended and had a bunch of detentions. Private schools care more about you than public schools do. If you apply to a local private school and explain what happens they will probably let you in if you say youre determined to work hard because you want to get into college.

I cleaned the gun then I put it in my locker... I got called into the office and there was 2 cops a sarg and a detective... While I was in the office someone got my gun and gave it to a the cop... I got expelled from school but,,,nothing else ever came of it except that the cops stole my 38...

I think if it was today I would of made the evening news...
