Dude, if you went to public school they have to take you back. My buddy was caught with an ounce in his locker in middle school and got a 1 week expulsion. People at my highschool would get caught all the time when they brought the dogs in and they'd be gone for a couple weeks and be back. I don't see how they can kick you out of school forever.

SO I got caught with weed at school and today i had to go and see if i got expelled. I did get expelled now they told me most if not all schools will not except me because of this. I wanted to scream they were acting like weed was as bad as crack saying a bunch of bullshit and now im 16 and im done with high school. Now i don't know where to go with my life now. First of all, weed didn't get you expelled, you got yourself expelled for taking marijuana to school with you. Not smart. Leave it at home? Finish school, do what you're supposed to so that you can get your life started...be RESPONSIBLE. First step, don't take illegal drugs to school, that's one of the easiest ways to get caught.

I think you guys are being too hard on the kid...when you've been smoking a long time it's easy to forget how seriously people take the ganj and that it CAN ruin your life because of those people. If you take your GED (which is totally equivalent, don't let anybody at the school convince you otherwise), you will be able to get a job just fine if u have the skills. it's not a very hard test from what i know and you could probably take it right now if ur smart.

Just because you got expelled from one school doesn't mean you shouldn't look into other schools. Even though they say no school will accept you, that's total BS. Schools are there to promote learning and success, and by refusing a person who wants to learn is plain stupid. Also, a lot of private high schools want tuition money, and if you pay them they will take you.

Just make sure that you explore EVERY option before you give up on finding another school. Also, once you find a school (Which I am near sure you will be able to), I suggest to bust your butt off. I swear if a college looks at you, notices that you got expelled for weed, then go to a different high school and get straight A's, they are going to think you made very mature decisions afterward and would be more than happy to take you. This doesn't mean they will be Ivy league, but good colleges none-the-less.
