White v. Yellow smoke

Ok, i'll try and explain it [i think this is why]

When you smoke a cig the filter goes yellow with tar. The particles of tar are in the smoke. It'd do the same with weed.

So these yellow particles are in the weed smoke, and the denser it gets the more the particles stick together and give the smoke a yellowish tint.

So it's all to do with the density of the smoke in the bong.

My bongs red though so i cant see it properly - so i cant say it's ever happened to me.

Who knows. From how you talk about your smoke, you've got some of the best stuff out there so maybe you don't get the yellow smoke as quick as others do. I'm smoking on just some local mids right now, not bad but nothing notably good.

Something else has just popped into my mind - could it possibly be ferts used in growing? I dont think it is, im almost positive it has to be the tar, but ferts may make a differnce. I dont know though, just an idea.

I agree with LIP, its the densityof the smoke that gives it a yellowish tint. We you blow through a dube tube after a while the first dryer sheet starts to turn a dark yellowish brown with resin and tar from the smoke.

That's true, I used a toobie and it got that way also.

I'm trying to research now if higher quality buds yield less tar.

stale smoke if u feel like wasting weed just load up a chamber with some creamy white smoke then wait and it will turn yellowish ive heard takinga hit of stale smoke can make you sick so keep it fresh

I always get yellow hits from my bong, that's how I do. I pack a bowl, light it, suck slow, the smoke milks, and right before i snap the bowl, the smoke is yellow.

I Know what you mean...lol i think some people are getting the wrong idea when you say the word yellow lol. do you mean a thick dark cloud of smoke like the pic belove? if so yh i get that aswell when i cream my bong up to the max.

If I cream a fat bong slowly the smoke gets the yellowish tint you talk about. I love these type of hits, make it feel like you lungs expand to more than their capacity. Its get you absolutely baked alsom
