Yes you can but it is stressful. I wouldn't try unless you are already a pretty comfortable grower.

I asked that question to a big name once....was told, as Stinky said, can be done but really not recommended. You need to get all the dirt off the roots which is hard by itself and then try to VERY GENTLY place them in new medium. There are things in the soil (bugs, germs) that once let loose in a hydro system can get out of control very quick. That was enough for me so I've never done it.

I am a new grower. My first time growing started off in dirt, after about 2 weeks of growth I gave up and bought a hydro system. I did not get ALL the dirt off, but as much as I could. I put the sink running with luke warm water, and held the roots in the palm of one hand while I VERY CAREFULLY washed away what dirt I could. I never pulled on anything. I did rub very, very lightly in places. All four of my plants made it through it, with flying colors. One became a male, the other 3 Females, and OH Yah, they are so sweet. I just put my system on nothing but PH'd R/O water with a little Molasses today. They grew very nicely. Here is a Photo of one of the plants I moved from soil to Hydro.

Now maybe I got lucky. But I am glad I changed over to Hydro.

    Good Luck.

My System is about half the size of yours and I have 3 plants in mine, it is crowded, but it works great. So you should be able to have 5-6 grown plants I would think.

I was told, they are Skunk Plants.
I vegged for 4 weeks, then went 12/12 for 7 weeks, then changed over to just PH'd RO water with a little molasses for the last 7 days. only 5 days to go, and out comes the AXE. So 8 weeks total on the flowering stage.

My Next grow is going to be Northen Lights.
