soon man, it takes a little longer with CFLs. Also you need to make sure there are no light leaks that can disrupt the flowering cycle.

that won't bud well mainly cause it's been vegging for a short amount of time, veg it under you cfl's for about 2-3 months then put it under 12/12. Cfl's do take a lot longer so you need to wait.
I've been growing my shit for almost 5 months in veg and it should be ready by October fingers crossed.
Basically you have to be very patient and take care of the plant instead of anitcipating your harvest.

Shit ya'll, you can flower a plant when its 4 or 5 inches tall, you'll just get something like 3 or 4 grams for a yield. CFL's also make much fluffier buds. Happy tokin'

It's easy, they say, you need minumum of 50W of light per sq/ft.
