I don't understand why we can't just limit a persons baby crafting ability.
Every person on earth should be able to have One child, with another person on earth. Then Both people get fixed. And if anyone complains, they get pointed to the adoption clinic.
And if they still complain, we can always use them as batteries like In the Matrix.

That would be a god awful amount orphans, The ratio between parents and orphans would be staggering..lol

Hell we wonder why cigarettes are legal, They do serve a purpose... in evening out America's pop.
