Well, that's why we're in Afghanistan. Iraq is pretty much crap though, the public's mind can be so easily muddled that any war in the middle east automatically means we're fighting terrorists. The fact is, Iraq is an old enemy of Iran (who actually support terrorism) that's been one more close adversary to keep them in check, one more military foe to worry about before fighting western allies.

Also, Osama BinLaden publicly called Saddam Hussein a "bad muslim" and they have publicly hated each other for a while (probably because Saddam didn't want sharia law in his nation). The bullshit argument I've heard is "Binladen himself called Iraq the central fight against against the west". This doesn't prove Iraq is the central terrorist nation, it proves that it's the biggest conflict with muslims and therefor the biggest recruitment tool for angry young men who now have a good reason to be pissed at America for an unjustified invasion. America made Iraq the central fight with Islam, and AlQaeda naturally took advantage of this and rallied muslim people with the biggest issue.

I'm sure plenty of people in the Middle East have long since called the last straw on America, what with that nation slaughtering lots and lots of civilians. No one thinks of what the average Joe in Iraq must be thinking.

America, (G.W.Bush & company) has opened pandoras box in the middle east. There are hundreds of thousands of middle easterners that untill Iraq just disliked us (our foriegn policy), but now hate our guts and are ready for Jihad against any American. Don't be planning any middle east vacations in the near future. The world is a much more dangerous place for Americans since Bush took office.

Imagine if a missile were launched from Kansas towards China.......would China go after the U.S. or Kansas? Radical Islamists exist throughout the middle east......the difference is the individual countries leaders attitudes regarding their existance in their countries.

I'd say that any thinkling islamist would be against American foriegn policy, after all, our foriegn policy doesn't do squat for the average Muslim, only perpetuates the dictators rule.... The US gives arms and cash to dictators so the corporations that control our government can steal the resources. Thats about as plain as I can say it! Thats US foriegn policy in a nutshell! How would you feel if China was stealing our resources, and paying our government with arms and cash to keep us under control? Actually not that far fetched in the future. You have to take a walk in the other guys shoes to understand the truth, not some bullshit put out by governments, any government. Governments by their very nature will say anything to retain power, our government, Bushco, lies to us on a regular basis, and when they aren't lying, they are suppressing the truth.

How are they stealing resources when the country gets anywhere between 80%-90% of gross profit?

There issues against our foriegn policy is directly related to arms sales to Israel........not about oil. Also, remember what Mickey said, "a world under Islamic rule". Now if our foriegn policy says to hell with that noise I guess they'll have to decide just how soon they want to visit with Allah.
