Hot Climate+Watering
If you aren't using Mulch I would strongly recommend it. Mulch will help retain moisture and keep the roots cool ( Grow Bible, Greg Green ). humidity is also something to take into consideration, if there is less humidity then water will evaporate more easily. So I would suggest mulch as opposed to more watering, because in the end more watering will rob your roots of oxygen, and the period between waterings gives time for oxygen to reach the roots also. a foliar spray of water will help on extremely hot days to cool the plant, and give the plant water without watering the roots daily. Be careful not to do this at night, foliar feeding at night increases risk of mold. Good luck and Jah bless.
