does this look like over watering?

I have a kind of big tomato plant.
and last night it looked great and healthy. but to day it looked like it needed some water. so I put my fingers down into the soil to see if it need some water. it seemed like it did so I watered it. but then after about a half a hour and the leafs got really droopy.

so if it is over watered then how long till it gets back to good health.

It'll bounce back, you could drill more holes in the bottom/sides of the pot if you don't think it's draining enough.
