Incredibly PISSED off RANT.
I would either find new work or try and reason with them. If they can't comprimise, I'd leave right then and there are give them your 3 second notice. Screw them like they've screwed you. Revenge is so sweeeeet.
I'm in the ssame boat too. I go to school from 9-3, 5 days a week, then come home, go to work for 4 hours, and on weekends, I start at 6am and work another 4 hours both days. I'm going to school 5 days a week and working 7 days a week, with 0 days off. Last time I had a day off was Family Day in Feb.
I should be studying but my damn head hurts. I'm getting oh so stressed out myself with a test every week. I'm about to tear someone juggular out man.
3 more weeks of work though, and I'm done there, so I can just do school. I hope I don't go crazy by then. Good luck to you!

To make matters worse....My house is a fun house to party at cause I live right downtown near all the bars and have a pool table...and my boyfriend has weekends off.
It gets to be a little difficult to get sleep on weekends...
Ya know...neither of the managers work weekends....grrRRRrr.

Line up another job, then walk in one day and QUIT, starting immediately. Then they can be pissed off with you

Well the problem is, is that I have one of the best jobs you can get at my town with the qualifications and experience that I have.
It has health benefits, annual quarterly and yearly bonus's, 401K, annual raises, Paid Time Off...etc...
So I would be having to sacrifice some things...Right now I make 9.50 an hour and thats pretty decent..I would most likely end up going to a 7.50 an hour job..
Oh well though, I suppose when it's time for change it is time for change. Doesn't always have to end up to be a bad thing..So yeah I am starting to look into possibly a new job.
All this crap has given me a headache...ahhh..

The job itself doesn't sound too bad, but they are pretty much fucking you. If it's giving you stress, well a lot of stress, and they won't change anything(I think HR would be sympethetic), then just find a more chill job, even if there is a pay cut. Good luck though.

what a pack of selfish fucktards...your right about needing time off, everyone needs a bita time to themselves...and dont cry over the fuckas, they are so not worth it...maybe find another job, its always easier when you are already employed...anyways i hope it all works out for you

maybe you could just say "these are the days I can work. If you schedule me for any other days I will not be coming in" and follow through. I know they've tried to get you to work before because "no one else could come in", but fuck them. And if you feel like its interfering with your school work than its really time to rethink priorities. People go to college so they can make more than $9.50 someday. Its in your best interest to make that day sooner rather than later.

I would try to line-up a job just to use as leverage. Sometimes employers do value your contributions, but feel "oh she's gonna stick around." When they face that adversity, more likely than not, they'll give in to some of your demands, perhaps offer you a fat counteroffer.
