try asking your manager "do you want me to quit?" no threats to quit, just a simple question. start looking for another job and don't try to hide it from your boss. up to now you seemed to have been relatively happy at this job, but if they are going to take advantage of you then maybe it's time to move on.

I used to have Saturdays off at work, which worked great because I go to college full time. Well they changed it..and I dealt with it...nicely requesting a weekend day off before I go crazy. (Mind you these weekend day shifts start at 6am).. ..so here I am going to school 4 days a week..and work 4 days a week(including working at 6am three days a week). So I have no days off in between.
