Yeah, I was in the same situation! It is really hard to work and go to school at the same time...and especially maintain good grades and have a social life. That is if you are like me and actually HAVE to study, hah. I despise those people that make A's without studying. But anyways, would the work with you if you told them that your grades are slipping (even if they are not) and you Explain that you are a more productive employee when you have some time to yourself.
