What are the police like in your country are they relativly cool.Or are they bad assess.Do they carry guns?Are your taxes high?

most of our police come from the U.K Austalia welcomes police officers with open arms according to the government we dont have enough.yes they carry guns but shootings are rare.As for taxes yeah we get taxed for everything but hey we get by .

And, yes, I love history, especially gold mining .Its very close to my heart! I live in the "Gold Country" in California.- My hometown,Nevada City, California, has a very rich gold mining history.
What a beautiful road, The Great Ocean Road. Unbelievable rock formations! My husband and I have taken a road trip on Californias Pacific Coast Highway. It also is truly breathtaking. Road trips are my thing!! My dream vacation is a road trip across America from coast to coast! *sigh* Someday.......someday.....

Here we are Tasmania ,the ferry arrives .Tasmania Australias biggest Island what a beautiful site .Tasmania made world headlines last year when two miners became trapped underground for over two weeks in beconsfield..Also holds the title for Australias worst mass killing in Port Arthur .
