Can you get arrested for the possession of paraphernalia?

I don't think you can in the UK.

It depends on the state, but I know in California, where I live, you can't get arrested for paraphernalia, although you can be fined up to $500.

the po-ho are douches though. i wish they would arrest the methheads who broke into our barn instead of people smoking weed. it's fucked up that they won't prosecute property crimes here anymore because they are out of money (even someone who got 50,000 bucks of stuff jacked from their own home), but they arrest stoned kids...what the hell :wtf:

2. I highly doubt the cop "pulled up... outta [sic] nowhere." Perhaps had you been sober, or at least one member of your pathetic posse had been sober, you would have noticed the police officer in time?

3. You imply you would have been violent toward anyone who destroyed your piece and was not a cop. Have you given any thought to the notion that YOU may be a reason why marijuana remains illegal?

first off
if i was drunk than i wouldnt have had the back pack with me

we were at my friends house smoking some people had like one or two beers but we got the call to go to someone elses house

we walked up the block and we truned and went on my friends block and the cop pulled up behind us just like any car would...you wouldnt have noticed till the car was next to you

and if someone intentionaly breaks your peice im pretty sure you might be pissed to
