It was a far stretch from what I'm used to with Bright Eyes, in a really good way. Andy Le Master on bass, a five piece string/woodwind section, the gals from Sleater Kinney playing drums together, and then of coarse the normal line up of Mike Mogis and Nate Walcott. There were a total of 13 people on stage. Really a great show, with a really complete set list. They even played the Calender Hung It's Self, which was a huge surprise.
i saw bright eyes on may 14, just a few days after you did, at the republic in nola. it was an awesomely great show, i loved it and had a fantastic time!!! conor crowd surfed!!! britt daniel, the lead singer from spoon was also in the area, and he came out on stage and sang a few songs with conor...that was awesome, seeing as that i love the band spoon!!!

but, in the last month and a half, i have seen the following bands:

my brightest diamond
the decemberists
guster
umphrey's mcgee
barenaked ladies
counting crows
bright eyes

i also had the chance to see ween, but unfortunately was sick that night

i have also seen weezer (second row from the stage!!!), but that was a couple of years ago
and i'm going to see the white stripes at the end of july
