Back on the Bud after Aneurysm Scare
Just wanted to let anyone who cares who read my previous posts that I am smoking weed again.
I was told after an MRI that I had a "questionable" unruptured brain aneurysm. Long story short, I made an appointment with the best neurosurgeon in my state and spent a month in the worst state of fear and anxiety you can imagine. I completely gave up weed because I was terrified of this thing I could have rupturing.
I went to the neurosurgeon who is truly the most experienced and knowledgeable one there is around here. A master in his field. Well, he spent five minutes with me total explaining what he saw on the MRI was probably not an aneurysm in the first place. And if it was, the chances of anything bad happening were slim to none because it was so microscopic. He told me to go back to my normal life, resume my normal activities and follow up in five years if I wanted to.
It seems to me some overzealous radiologist interpreted the blip on the MRI as a possible aneurysm to err on the side of caution rather than confirm that it was a normal variation of the vessel. After all, only a neurosurgeon would probably know that.
It took me about a month to get over what I felt at the time was my life hanging in the balance and start smoking weed again. But now I am back to how I was smoking and it is so great.

Great to hear the news!!! Aren't good neurosurgeons wonderful?
I'm so glad to hear they don't think you've got a aneurysm, hun. I know you're more relieved than anyone. But that's great news! Glad you can return to your much-loved cannabuddy now!\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
